Yumi Numata

Description

Yumi Numata believes that how we live and work, and the processes we use to engage each other are integral aspects of building a sustainable future. For over a decade, equity, storytelling, and capacity building have been three areas of focus that have, and continue to inform her work. She is the Director of Operations at Yellowhead Institute; she holds a Hons BA from the University of Toronto in Equity Studies and a MA from New York University in Media, Culture, and Communications. Yumi is Chinese-Japanese settler.
