Examining public policy and human rights issues related to digital technologies, Stephanie has contributed research and policy analysis at Citizen Lab, Amnesty International Canada, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UN OCHA), Global Affairs Canada’s Digital Inclusion Lab, and more.
