Sam (she/her) is a Senior Policy Advisor at the Canadian Digital Service (CDS), within of the Government of Canada. Prior to joining CDS, she worked at the Mozilla Foundation and Engineers Without Borders Canada. Previously the founder of Whose Data and Director, Insights at the Mozilla Foundation.
