Biographies:

Carmen is part of the Policy, Planning and Performance Management team at Toronto Public Library. In her role as a Planning Specialist, she engages in long and short-term planning for the organization and develops standards, performance measures and evaluates methodologies and outputs on library projects and services.

Jorge is the Project Lead for the Bridge Toolkit rollout province-wide. His role is to ensure library administrators know how to use Bridge effectively in order to communicate value and identify areas where more support is needed.

Both presenters have experience in leading the Librarians Without Borders project in Guatemala.
