Raphael Dumas is the Team Lead for City of Toronto's Transportation Data Operations & Emerging Mobility Team. He oversees the Data & Analytics unit's digital infrastructure and leads analyses on Emerging Mobility including the Vehicle for Hire industry and carshare.
