Let’s Make Housing Feel Human Again

Toronto’s housing system is broken. We’re overdue for a new model.
What if we build one ourselves?

We have a model to create Toronto housing that is permanently affordable, community-governed, and built to last.

The approach uses multiplex cooperatives to add more homes, not more landlords.

And you’re invited.

How it Works

We making a scalable cooperative model where communities plan, finance, and govern their own housing one multiplex cooperatives at a time.

This is about more than buildings. It’s about building community power, shared stability, and a new social contract for housing.

What We're Building

We’re creating new co-ops in Toronto’s inner suburbs, using multiplexes — recently re-legalized small apartment buildings with 4–6 homes each.
